Adult Psychotherapy

The process of psychotherapy is unique for each individual. There are many ways to help, to heal, and to promote personal growth.  Within the context of clients’ concerns, goals, and life circumstances (including phase of life, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation), each therapist provides psychotherapy with her/his own set of tools, perspectives, training, and experience. Thus, the practice of psychotherapy is both art and science.

Center affiliates meet with clients in individual, couples, group, and/or family therapies.  Each therapist explores with each client what kinds of services fit best.
